Include your app version, Android or iOS version, the screen involved and the steps that caused the issue. Please do not send backup passwords, exported health records or private food photos.

Workouts and routines

Choose a ready-made routine or create one from the exercise library. During a workout, enter your weight and reps and mark each set complete. The rest timer lets you add 30 seconds or skip. Finish Workout saves your session to local history.

Website food diary preview

Try the food tracking preview to choose a food, enter grams and add temporary entries. It is not your mobile diary: it resets on refresh and never syncs to the app. Remove individual entries or use Clear all to reset it.

Food diary

Pick a food and enter its quantity in grams. Calories and macros are estimates based on that entry’s stored values. Generic Indian recipes can vary substantially; use a custom food with package-label values when available. Photos are optional local references, not food recognition. Kinetic does not prescribe diets or automatically recommend calorie intake.

Profile and units

Open Profile to review and edit your age, height and weight, and choose your preferred units. Changes are stored locally. No online account is required.

Back up and restore

Use the backup options in Profile and save the file to a destination you control. If your device offers Google Drive or iCloud through its file picker, you can choose that provider. Use the password-encrypted backup option for sensitive records; JSON exports are not encrypted. Keep your password safe: Kinetic cannot recover it. Preview a backup before restoring it.

Delete your data

Use Profile’s local data deletion control to erase the app’s stored records and recovery state on that device. Delete any exported files separately from Files, Google Drive, iCloud or other destinations you chose. Deleting a diary photo does not remove copies in older backups. There is no Kinetic online account to delete in the launch version.

Reminders and advertising choices

Workout reminders are optional and depend on your device’s notification permission. Manage permission in system settings. Where available, advertising privacy choices are accessible from Profile. The core app remains usable if consent is refused or an ad cannot load.

Availability

The Android release is in preparation and iOS is in development. There are no public download links or Premium purchases yet.
